Sebastian and I had this chair bag from who knows where...chair is missing. The fabric was perfect for a raincoat, not to mention college football just started. Go Fresno State!
We also used the chair bag straps as the "belt" for under the belly. Yep!
Oh and can't forget to show you the sparkly blue ribbon we added across the middle back. We'd say it's the icing on the cake.
We love it!

Not a bad idea - DiY childrens raincoats. If a dog can have one, then my son surely can too.
Adorable. It's like a miniature version of childrens raincoats. I want Spotty to have one as well!
